Wildflower provides professional staffing services in Nevada, Texas, and Washington.

Our story starts in 2020, when Wildflower Therapy Services opened as a special education staffing company. Since then, our team has grown to 65+ professionals working on 15 local charter school campuses, as well as with more than 17 other district partners in Nevada, Texas, and Washington. We have worked with both established and first-year charter schools and school districts that range from being one of the largest in the nation all the way down to small rural districts. Our success has been fueled by referrals from our clients and professionals.

In 2026, Wildflower Therapy Services was awarded a spot on the Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
